With the addition of two new senior hires, global( re ) insurer MS Amlin has strengthened its risk and compliance function. Kevin Ball will take over as head of deference, and Ruth Adamson( pictured left ) will lead insurance and financial risk at the company. When they join MS Amlin later this year, both did report to general chances official Vishal Desai.

Adamson has 17 years of experience in risk management and has served as AEGIS London's's head of risk and management for the last eight years. She had previously visited Aspen Re as well. Adamson is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales( ICAEW ) and has received his degree from the University of Cambridge.

Ball joins MS Amlin from Ascot Group, where he has been the deference head for the past seven years since 2004. Ball has worked with Hiscox's's operations company and has over 20 years of comprehensive business encounter. He has licenses and certificates from the International Compliance Association( ICA ), FinTech Global, the University of St. Andrews, and the Chartered Insurance Institute( CII ), according to his LinkedIn profile.

Desai claimed that both functions are essential to the company's's expansion.
