New claims captain is named by AXIS Capital.

Megan Watt has been named chief believes official by AXIS Capital Holdings as of April 17. Vince Tizzio, Chairman of specialty insurance and insurance, and the incoming group CEO( efficient May 4 ) will be in charge of Watt's New York office.

Watt will be in charge of managing and overseeing the claims department across the AXIS Capitals regional portfolio in her original position. Additionally, she will be in charge of developing, implementing, and evaluating the company's believes policies and procedures.

According to Tizzio, who will succeed Albert A. Benchimol as group CEO, Megan is a fantastic addition to our team. She is an accomplished claims leader who has led P & ampC commercial claims organizations with diverse, complex operating environments. Megan also has demonstrated have and the ability to support a data-driven, operationally efficient, and customer-responsive cases organization.

Watt, who previously oversaw the complicated cases in North America, joins AXIS from Chubb. She previously held the position of deputy cases agent at Everest. She has already held positions of leadership at AIG.
