Deborah Leen has been appointed by Fidelis MGU as head of human resources and as a member of the executive committee for managing public underwriters. Ben Fortune and Simon Crone were also named to the executive council by Fidelis MGU.

Leen, a 25-year financial services veteran who previously served as Arrow Global Group's's HR manager for the investments department, joins Fidelis. She previously served as Fidelis Insurance's's time Human head. She already held a number of top Human positions at organizations like ING, Gulf International Bank, Insight Investment, and Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management.

Leen received her bachelor of science in applied philosophy from the University of Central Lancashire, according to her LinkedIn profile. She already possesses a Thomas International credentials. Leen did report to class chief operating officer and Pine Walk CEO Rinku Patel in her original position, which takes effect right away. She will be based in London.
